This project reimagines the traditional duplex by breaking away from mirrored symmetry and introducing sculptural massing, layered textures, and an expressive façade. Each unit maintains its individuality while remaining visually cohesive within the whole. The design prioritizes privacy and vertical spatial flow, using split levels, angular forms, and recessed openings to create dynamic movement across the elevation. Strategically integrated landscaping softens the bold geometry, while rooftop greenery extends the living experience upward. This is not just a duplex—it’s a modern architectural statement rooted in form, function, and individuality.
يعيد هذا المشروع تعريف مفهوم الدوبلكس التقليدي، من خلال كسر التماثل النمطي وابتكار كتلة معمارية جريئة بتكوينات نحتية وواجهات متعددة الطبقات. كل وحدة تحتفظ بشخصيتها الخاصة، مع الحفاظ على ترابط بصري متناغم ضمن الكتلة العامة. يرتكز التصميم على الخصوصية والانسيابية الرأسية، حيث تم توظيف المستويات المتعددة والزوايا الحادة والفتحات الغائرة لخلق حركة ديناميكية على الواجهة. يندمج الغطاء النباتي بسلاسة داخل التكوين، وتضفي المسطحات الخضراء العلوية بُعدًا إضافيًا لتجربة السكن. هذا ليس مجرد دوبلكس، بل بيان معماري معاصر يجمع بين التفرّد والوظيفة والجمال.
