This private villa is designed with a bold interplay of volumes and textures, where sharp lines meet natural stone to create a strong yet balanced architectural statement. The concept focuses on verticality and privacy, using minimal openings on the street side while creating open, light-filled spaces internally. A key feature is the floating upper mass, which appears to hover above the entrance, adding a sense of dynamic modernity to the structure.
تتميز هذه الفيلا الخاصة بتكوين معماري جريء يجمع بين الكتل الصلبة والخامات الطبيعية، حيث تلتقي الخطوط الحادة بالحجر الطبيعي لتشكّل حضوراً معمارياً قويّاً ومتوازناً. يرتكز المفهوم عل تعزيز الخصوصية والعمودية من خلال واجهة أمامية مغلقة نسبياً، مع توفير فراغات داخلية مفتوحة ومضيئة. ومن أبرز عناصر التصميم الكتلة العلوية التي تبدو وكأنها تطفو فوق المدخل، مما يمنح المبنى طابعاً عصرياً متحرّكاً.
