This project represents an integrated community complex that harmonizes architectural simplicity with cultural identity. Local stone cladding and shading elements provide a climatically responsive and visually engaging environment. Pathways, green spaces, and play areas are thoughtfully designed to promote social interaction and enhance daily living. The design balances modernity with privacy, offering a family-friendly infrastructure that supports everyday activities and community engagement.
يُجسّد هذا المشروع مفهوم المجمع المتكامل الذي يجمع بين البساطة المعمارية والهوية الثقافية. تم اعتماد تشكيلات حجرية محلية وأقواس ظلّ لتوفير بيئة مريحة مناخيًا وغنية بصريًا. المسارات، المساحات الخضراء، والمناطق الترفيهية صُممت لتشجيع التفاعل المجتمعي وتعزيز جودة الحياة.يمزج التصميم بين الحداثة والخصوصية، ويقدم بنية تحتية ملائمة للعائلات والنشاطات اليومية
