تصميم الفيلا أعاد تعريف سور المنزل حيث تخلى عن الفناء الأمامي لتوفير مساحة خارجية للمنزل و تغير موقع موقف السيارة من داخل السور إلى خارجة من غير التخطي على المساحة العامة للحي و خلق مساحات زراعية للنباتات مما زاد الخصوصية لمداخل المنزل بالإضافة إلى خلق رابط ايجابي مع الحيز الحضري للحي
This project has redefined commonly known fence design. It reused the front yard to provide frontal outdoor space. Changed the carport location from inside to outside, providing space for greenery, which increased entrance privacy of the house and creating a positive link with the urban space of the neighborhood.

اختيرت المساحات في هذة الفيلا لتعطي العديد من التجارب على مدار العام، حيث استخدمت بركة السباحة و المشب الخارجي لتوفير هذة التجارب. و تم تقسيم الفيلا إلى أربع أقسام من حيث توزيع المساحات لتوفير الخصوصية و الإضاءات التطبيعية في نفس الوقت
صميم جناح الوالدين و تزويدة بمغطس للاسترخاء و منطقة للمعيشة لإعطاءة خصوصية خاصة عن باقي أقسام المنزل. اختير موقع جناح الوالدين شبة مفصول باقي أقسام غرف النوم و المعيشة ليعطي الجناح المزيد من الخصوصية و الهدوء
صممت المساحات الخارجية في سطح المنزل للاستفادة منها بتوفير جلسات خارجية و منطقة شواء للعائلة. النادي الرياضي المنزلي من أفضل المساحات التي درست و اختيرت لتكون ضمن المنزل
The selection of the spaces in the villa has been selected to provide multiple experiences throughout the year. The pool and outdoor fireplace are used to deliver these experiences. In terms of the functions, the villa has been distributed to four groups to provide privacy alongside natural light.
Design The Master suite and provide it jacuzzi for relaxation and a living area to give it exceptional privacy from the rest of the house. Also, the suite's location is semi-detached, with the rest of the bedrooms and living sections, to give the suite more privacy and tranquility.
The design took advantage of the space on the rooftop and provided outdoor seating and a barbecue area for the family. The home gym is one of the best spaces that have been studied and chosen to be within the home.

صممت الواجهات لتوفر الخصوصية للمنزل و ربط ايجابي مع الحيز الحضري للحي. التباين بين اللون الأبيض و المواد الصخرية المستخدمة في تصميم الواجهات يبرز الكتل الأساسية و الثانوية في المنزل
صممت الكتل المساحية لتزود المنزل التوازن النظري و اعطاء المساحات الخارجية الظلال الطبيعية، التي وفرت الإمكانيات اللازمة لاستخدام المساحات الخارجية
وجود الفناء الداخلي و مساحة ارتفاع سقفين في فراغ منطقة المعيشة توفر الإضاء الطبيعية و الربط مع الطبيعية و الاتصال البصري مع حديقة المنزل مع الحفاظ على الخصوصية في منطاق المعيشة
The façades design provides privacy for the home and a positive link with the neighborhood's urban space. The contrast between the white and the rocky materials used in the façade design accentuates the home's primary and secondary masses.
The design used the massing of the house to provide a visual balance and shading to the outdoor spaces, which provided the capabilities for the use of outdoor spaces.
The courtyard and double-height space in the living area mass provides natural lighting, connectivity with nature and visual contact with the house garden while preserving privacy in the living area.
